08, February 08 According to the latest report by the chief reporter of the Daily Mail, Sami Mokbel, Dyche
Confirmed as the Toffees’ new manager at the start of last week, he has agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal worth almost £5million a season.
According to the Daily Mail, Everton has also approved a generous bonus with additional terms, which is also a promise to allow Dyche to fight the fire and lead the team to avoid relegation.
This part of the bonus includes a high relegation success bonus. If he can turn the tide this season, Dyche will receive a bonus of 3.5 million pounds.
That number could even increase, depending on how the teams perform and where they end up in the final standings.
Should the new manager land Everton safely ashore, the bonus will prove to be worthwhile, with Premier League football worth £200m per season to the club.
Both Wolves and Rangers showed interest in Dyche earlier this season, but the Everton job is a huge draw for the former Watford defender.
Everton formally offered Dyche the job on Friday, but the full deal – including contracts for a new backroom team – was not fully in place until Sunday night.
