A woman accused her of being sexually harassed by Alves at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona in the early hours of December 30, 2022 last year.

The woman claimed Alves “touched her underwear without her permission”.
Alves went to the police station on Friday morning local time, where he was arrested in a police car at around 10 am and taken to court.
Alves denied the allegations, and the prosecution offered to hold Alves temporarily during the investigation. The application was later granted and Alves was sent to prison for temporary detention.
