February 2nd, when Dorado was interviewed by Brazilian media a few days ago,
Talking about the process of being suspended for knocking over Ma Ning in the Super League last year, the player said that he did it on purpose and regretted it.
“The opponent did not give us any indication of our several obvious fouls. I went to negotiate with him. He told me to shut up and said two or three times that he was not anyone in my family or my father. Said in English
Yes. Hearing him say that made me very angry.”
(Ele mandou eu calar a boca umas duas ou três vezes e depois ele falou que não era ninguém da minha família, falou que não era meu pai, em inglês.)
“I don’t deny that I bumped into him on purpose. Unfortunately, I got on top at the time. I regretted it afterwards. I also publicly apologized to the referee, but it has happened and the punishment is very severe.”
Due to this behavior, Dorado was finally banned by the Chinese Football Association for one year and fined 200,000 yuan. The player also ended his career in Henan ahead of schedule and is currently returning to Brazil to play football.
Previously, Henan team sources revealed that Dorado had tried to negotiate with Ma Ning, but the communication was not pleasant and there were quarrels.
